Darcy began his career working as a camera assistant on high end tv series and films at the Warner Roadshow Studios, including the feature film Pitch Black and three seasons of The Lost World. In his spare time he produced and directed music videos and short films, winning Best Film at the QLD New Filmakers Awards in 2000. He was accepted into the AFTRS Directing program in 2002. His first year film CAR PARK, produced at AFTRS, was a finalist in the DENDY AWARDS 2003 and was screened on cable networks and at festivals worldwide. His second year film, BLUE POLES, starring Sam Worthington, also screened worldwide.. Upon Graduating he moved to South Australia and directed TVCメs and Music videos and wrote and directed the Docu Drama モA Wire Through The Heartヤ for the ABC and BBC to an audience of over 1 million. He recently moved to Melbourne and is in development on a number of projects.
