Shaun is a graduate of the National Institute of Dramatic Arts; acting course, where he received a BA. While at NIDA Shaun performed in Don’s Party, Three Sisters, Cymbline, Life is a Dream, The Attic and The London Cuckholds. Shaun has acted professionally with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra in their productions of Classic Kids Concerts, Sydney Theatre Company in Love- Lies-Bleeding, Griffin Theatre Company in Stoning Mary, Bell Shakespeare as an Actor At Work, Melbourne Theatre Company in The Heretic, the Australian premier of I Am The Wind for Turtle Lab theatre company, Before Night Falls for Auspicious Arts House and I Give You My Life for La Mama for Bakers Dozen Theatre Company. Shaun has worked in both television and film, he appeared as Brett in Channel 9’s television movie The Emerald Falls, as Robbie O’Brian in Neighbours in Conspiracy 365 for Showtime, channel seven’s Winners and Losers, ABC’s Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries, Molly for channel seven and AMC’s Preacher.
Shaun has stared in award winning shorts including Safe, Static, Silent Night, Black and White, Falling, Gum Tree, Albert and Reunion. Shaun was nominated for Best Supporting Actor in a short at the 2014 Southampton International film festival in the UK for his work in Blood and Sugar Shaun stared as Stevie in the Australian Feature Film Bathing Franky, for which he received the 2012 award for Best Actor in a feature film at the Indie Gem International film festival. In 2014 Shaun directed his first professional production: Good Egg by Dorothy Fortenberry.
Shaun has also worked in masterclasses with Ellen Burstyn, Susan Batson and Cicley Berry amongst others.
