Ed trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) graduating in 2000. He joined Bell Shakespeare in 2002 as part of the Companyﾒs Actors At Work team, touring across Australia with this in-schools education programme. He has since appeared in Hamlet and The Comedy Of Errors and As You Like It. Ed also appeared in the Australian production of The Lion King. Other theatre credits include Perfect Days for Haymarket Theatre (UK); The Give And Take and Fat Pig for Sydney Theatre Company; Hurly Burly for The Group Theatre; The School Of Night for The Old Fitzroy Theatre; and Intaglio and Fossils for Jigsaw Theatre Company and Snugglepot & Cuddlepie with Company B for the 2007 Sydney Festival, Bloody Bride for NORPA Toy Symphony for QTC & SATC and Transparency for the Seymour Centre. His television and film credits include Superman Returns, Backberner, Going Home, CNNNN and the ABC series Corridors Of Power, All Saints and Tricky Business.
