Holiday course

Designed for those passionate about musical theatre. Learn songs, choreographed dance routines and apply NIDA acting principles in an energised approach to all things musical theatre. Be guided in a reliable approach to song and dance routines and examine what it means to complete a show stopping musical theatre audition!

Course components

• Apply NIDA acting technique to song lyrics and unlock the meaning behind the lyrics.
• Perform choreographed routines under the guidance of an industry expert.
• Investigate audition technique for music theatre and put it into practice.

• Please ensure that you have given a valid email and mobile number as any course changes will be communicated via email or sms.
• Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in for all drama and performance related courses. Clothing that restricts movement is inappropriate.
• Please wear closed-in shoes. Shoes may be removed in the rehearsal room on the direction of the class tutor.
• Participants must provide their own lunch, including snacks and drinks.
• Students in courses for Grades 11–12 will not be supervised during breaks and are free to leave the venue at designated break times should they wish.
