The importance of vocal training to a successful performance is immeasurable. Spend a day focusing on this most necessary of tools for an actor.
Course components
- Discover your breath, resonance and articulators, then project with ease as you participate in vocal warm ups.
- Gain personal guidance from an industry expert as you find your physical self and understand the importance of neutral position in relation to your vocal ability.
- Apply vocal technique when using your voice to bring characters to life.
Outcomes
- Ability to perform a vocal warm up.
- Use of voice to communicate text to an audience.
- Understanding of how physicality influences vocal ability.

- Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in for all drama and performance related courses. Clothing that restricts movement is inappropriate.
- Please wear closed-in shoes. Shoes may be removed in the rehearsal room on the direction of the class tutor.
- Please bring along a pen, notebook or electronic device and a bottle of water to all classes.
